JORDAN KOSTOV
style: acoustic/jazz/classical

Jordan Kostov-Orco (accordion) was born 1978 in Kavadarci, Macedonia. Graduated on Faculty of music art in Skopje, section - accordion. -1st price on Macedonian competition in accordion on April 27. 1993. Has been performing with many musicians like: Aleksandar Petrov; Marie Marais,Don Guido-Vlado, Aleksandar Serafimov, Goce Dimitrovski, David P., Kate Juric, Ivan Bejkov, Emin Gijan. -2006 at Jazz Workshop in Sarajevo played with musicians from Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Monte Negro, Portugal, France etc. At the moment Jordan Kostov is working on his new project with his band whos members are: Pere Melov (trumpet); Ilija Jancev (violin); Aleksandar Georgiev-Gjuna (basson). The all material is recording in the music studio Project Zlust-Skopje. Production Bojan Ugrinovski-Chicken Madness. Jordan Kostov’s music gravitates around few styles: macedonian ethno music; tango; modern and classic jazz.
